Terms of Use

Apps obtained through Apple’s App Store are licensed, not sold. These terms supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Apple Media Services Terms. If these terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the applicable Apple terms control.

Touch 4 Feel grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Usage Rules and any permitted Family Sharing or volume-purchase rights.

You must use our apps lawfully and responsibly. Unless applicable law expressly permits it, you may not:

Privacy Guard is an assistive privacy tool and may not detect every sensitive item or classify every result correctly. Review findings yourself, maintain appropriate backups, and confirm the target before hiding, redacting, or securely deleting content.

QR Code Reader and QR Code Pro may display content or destinations supplied by third parties. Safety checks reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a code, link, product, or destination is safe, accurate, or legitimate.

Currency rates are provided for general informational purposes and may be delayed, incomplete, or different from rates offered by a bank, card network, broker, or merchant. Do not rely on the app as financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.

ChatLink creates links for third-party messaging services. You are responsible for the number, message, recipient consent, and communications you initiate. Touch 4 Feel is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Signal, or similar services.

Wallpaper content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. Availability may change, and third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

You retain ownership of content you process through an app. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to provide a feature you request. Content processed solely on your device is not transferred to Touch 4 Feel.

You are responsible for having permission to scan, save, edit, contact, share, or otherwise use the content and information you provide. You can revoke device permissions in system settings, although the corresponding feature may stop working.

Paid downloads, in-app purchases, and subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Prices, currencies, free trials, introductory offers, and available plans may vary by country and may change as permitted by Apple and applicable law.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation and for renewal. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. Restoring purchases requires the Apple Account used for the original transaction.

Apps may access Apple services, messaging platforms, websites, advertising, analytics, cloud storage, rate data, or other external services. You must comply with applicable third-party terms. Touch 4 Feel does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, security, content, or conduct.

The apps, website, software, designs, branding, and original content are owned by Touch 4 Feel or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only the limited license stated above. All other rights are reserved.

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a compatible product or service does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, plans, or app support. Some changes may be required for security, legal compliance, platform compatibility, or third-party service changes.

You are responsible for installing compatible updates and maintaining suitable hardware, software, internet access, backups, and security settings.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our apps and services. By using an app, you acknowledge that processing described in that policy may occur subject to your permissions and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the apps and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, complete detection, permanent content availability, or compatibility with every device or third-party service.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Touch 4 Feel and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use an app.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the affected app or service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

You may stop using an app at any time. Your license ends automatically if you materially violate these terms. We may suspend access to online features when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or maintain service security.

Sections intended by their nature to survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive.

These terms are between you and Touch 4 Feel, not Apple. Touch 4 Feel, not Apple, is responsible for the apps, support, maintenance, and addressing product, privacy, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property claims, except where applicable law or Apple’s terms provide otherwise.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce the Apple-related provisions after your acceptance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not listed on a prohibited or restricted-party list.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any different governing-law or forum provisions that apply under Apple’s Standard EULA or the law of your usual residence.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, or transfer of the applicable service.
